Chhit Sophal
Dr. Chhit Sophal is a psychiatrist in Cambodia, the Director of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse at the Ministry of Health. Dr. Sophal is actively involved in managing the National Program for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, conducts and delivers training courses in Basic Mental Health Interventions for physicians and nurses throughout Cambodia, aiming to scale up mental health and substance abuse services in health facilities.
