Nur Diyana Binte Azman joined CARE as a Research Assistant in 2018. Her interest in understanding the dynamics of the intergenerational family and how the family can affect the older adult’s ageing experience encouraged her to pursue a Diploma in Gerontological Management Studies at Temasek Polytechnic. Thereafter, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore in 2018, which provided her with the theoretical frameworks to better understand the dynamics of social interactions. At CARE, Diyana is involved in the Caregiving Transitions among Family Caregivers of Elderly Singaporeans (TraCE) project – a longitudinal dyadic study on informal caregiving.
