Winnie Jiang
Winnie Jiang is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. Her research examines how individuals make meaning of their work, covering themes like work as a calling, career mobility and transitions, and both personal and professional development. She is particularly interested in human resource management and understanding how organizations can help employees realize their full potential and purpose. Her current research includes projects focused on employees facing mental health challenges, investigating how individuals and organizations can transform these experiences into opportunities for learning and growth. Her work is published in leading management journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, and Organization Science. Winnie holds a PhD in Management from Yale University.
