The general aim of this study is to advance the innovative SAFE programme, a falls prevention programme that has been demonstrated in a randomised clinical trial in Singapore to improve outcomes and reduce costs for a significant population of older, pre-frail individuals. We propose to further innovate, by identifying and evaluating practical strategies for delivering the SAFE programme in key community settings.
