NBD Seminar Series (on-site): Our Digital Mental Health Strategy at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation

Abstract:
I will overview the deployment of machine learning and AI in three mental health services from the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation. In the HOPES Service at IMH, we use digital phenotyping to predict relapses in schizophrenia in attempts to avoid hospitalizations; in our mindline.sg mental wellness platform, an AI chatbot delivers CBT-inspired exercises; and in our Youth digital peer support network, Let’s Talk, our therapists use LLMs to retrieve relevant resources to support users.
