The International Pre-Hospital and Emergency Care Fellowship Programme (IPEC) is a four-week programme aimed at developing the next generation of Pre-hospital Emergency Care (PEC) leaders in Asia.
It offers an insight to the health system and practice of emergency care in Singapore. The program focuses on the pre-hospital emergency care system ecosystem where learners will have an opportunity to understand the elements of the pre-hospital system
and engage with collaborators, for such as the Unit for Prehospital Emergency Care (UPEC) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
Successful applicants from developing countries may be eligible for a sponsorship to help cover expenses such as return tickets and daily subsistence allowance during the training period.
The fellowship period
usually starts around September each year.

• A basic degree (e.g. medical, nursing, paramedic or equivalent degree),
