CoRE's 10th Anniversary

This celebration provides an opportunity to reflect on CoRE's past, highlight the impact of the present, and envision the potential of our future. 

Established in 2014 at Duke-NUS Medical School with support from the Singapore’s Economic Development Board, Ministry of Health (MOH) and Health Sciences Authority, CoRE has become a prominent academic centre for regulatory capacity building, thought leadership, and policy innovation in health products and health systems both regionally and globally.

This year, we celebrated our first decade with four significant events: the 10th Anniversary Scientific Conference, which included the 2024 Sir Alasdair Breckenridge Lecture; a networking celebratory evening held in conjunction with the Graduation Ceremony of the 2023/2024 cohort of the Centre’s flagship graduate certificate programme in health products regulation; and the inaugural Asia-Pacific Network of Healthcare Regulators Conference, and the closed door Regulatory Advisory Panel co-hosted with MOH’s Health Regulation Group.

As CoRE embarks on its second decade, we remain committed to being a key player in advancing capacity building, policy innovation, and regulatory excellence in collaboration with our esteemed partners and stakeholders.
