TCPR Link System:
Enhancing Public’s OHCA response via a novel technological intervention
Initiated island-wide on August 5, 2024.
A collaboration between Unit for Pre-hospital Emergency Care (UPEC), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Laerdal Medical.
Enhances dispatcher-assisted CPR teamwork between the dispatcher and the community first responder.
SCDF dispatcher can see responder’s CPR performance and quality via video and compression data in real-time, empowering them to coach the responder better.
The myResponder receives an alert of a potential OHCA case via the myResponder app, accepts the case and launches the TCPR Link app.
The myResponder arrives at scene, switches on the CPRcard and starts CPR on the victim.
The myResponder will be able to view his/her compression performance via the CPRcard and the TCPR Link app in addition to being coached by the SCDF dispatcher.
