Aayaan Singh Jamwal is a certified strategic foresight practitioner, leadership facilitator, and
social entrepreneur. Aayaan believes those on the margins should be at the centre of designing
our futures. Through Unearth Freedom, he has guided leaders in 10+ countries to use creative
foresight to solve problems and amplify their impact. As the Director of Playshops for
Flourishing Futures, Aayaan wants to show communities how to use foresight to address climate
change and intersectional inequities. He is a published researcher, writer, and a guest on several
podcasts, including Dive In Justice and What the Fundraising. Aayaan lives in India with his
family and beloved indie cat.
