A 3-day interdisciplinary course is specially designed to equip healthcare professionals caring for advanced Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients with basic supportive care skills and knowledge to integrate into their practice.

This is a blended learning course where participants will be able to access mini-presentations, assessments, video clips and other resources via the Duke-NUS Learning Management System.
