How do we support someone who’s not feeling okay? Assistant Professor Anne-Claire Stona from the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGHI) talks about what’s being done to improve the lives of individuals with mental health struggles globally.
"We all have mental health. As the WHO often reminds us, there is no health without mental health. Fortunately, there are effective ways to support our mental wellbeing, grounded in the care and compassion we show to one another, and to ourselves."
