SingHealth Duke-NUS Emergency Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (EM ACP) was launched with effect from 1 January 2018.
The EM ACP brings together Emergency Medicine staff from the Changi General Hospital, Sengkang General Hospital, Singapore General Hospital and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. They will focus on advancing Emergency Medicine as an academic discipline and establishing themselves as a thought leader of this practice.
In line with its vision to be the emergency medical care provider of choice for Singaporeans, EM ACP seeks to transform clinical practices in the Emergency Medicine Departments in SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) and improve healthcare delivery in different care settings across the region and globally through education, research, care transformation and innovation.
The launch of EM ACP marks a significant milestone in our Academic Medicine journey. Every clinical specialty in our AMC now has an ACP structure in place, allowing us to further elevate our efforts to advance care and improve patient outcomes.
