Bio
Jing Guo is a postdoc fellow at Center for Computational Biology. She has experience in handling cohort-level multi-omics data analyses, including genomics, (single-cell and bulk) transcriptomics, epigenetics and metabolobmics data. As a member of the data analytic team in the Center for Computational Biology (CCB), she is passionate about providing advanced bioinformatics support to various research teams.
