Bio
Malcolm Ravindran is a Senior Research Assistant at the Centre for Ageing Research and Education, with the qualitative team. He has worked on conceptual studies covering topics such as the subjective understanding of loneliness, or walkability & life space for older persons. He has also contributed to evaluating a heritage-based arts programme, social service & care delivery models, and a national-level screening programme.
Malcolm is both a trained nurse and social worked with experience working with older persons in the community, and patients with renal failure. He had previously been a research assistant with the Sociology Department in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), focusing on inequality research.
