Bio
Thulase is a Research Assistant in Centre for Ageing Research and Education. She obtained Bachelor of Guidance and Counselling (Hons) in UNITAR International University, Malaysia.
Thulase is currently working under Steps to Avoid Falls in the Elderly- A TECHnology Enhanced Intervention (SAFE-TECH) and Targeted Assessment and Recruitment of Geriatrics for Effective fall prevention Treatments (TARGET) as a recruiter. Thulase is a trained Peer Staff Supporter who looks out for the mental health problems to support others.
She used to work as a Programme Coordinator at National Cancer Society of Malaysia and coordinated calls for vaccination program and doing volunteering work for a few organisations, interior schools and villages, and some house-to-house vaccination. At the same time, she is in an alliance with 14 hospitals around Malaysia for free mammogram to those B40 women under the ETIQA program.
