Lijin Wang is a computational biologist specializing in bioinformatics, genomics, and deep learning, with a focus on integrating single-cell and population genetics with spatial transcriptomics. Based in Singapore, Lijin has developed a robust skill set in R, Python, and UNIX, and possesses extensive experience with next-generation sequencing methods such as scRNA-seq and RNA-Seq. Her research concentrates on reconstructing single-cell gene regulatory networks to elucidate disease mechanisms, thereby contributing to advancements in early disease detection, targeted therapies, and precision medicine.
