Preparing for residency requires an opportunity to participate in patient care with an increased level of responsibility. To do this, our students have advanced clinical training in core specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Medicine, and Critical Care as well as elective time to explore areas based on career interest.
Advanced Clinical training continues in the third and fourth year. During this period, students have the opportunity to explore electives from over 125 areas while also completing further required core clinical training in the following programs.
