Bio
CI A/Prof Christina Sim is a Senior Consultant at the Prosthodontic Unit, Department of Restorative Dentistry, NDCS. She graduated with BDS degree from the University of London. She received further training in dental implantology and aesthetic dentistry at Loma Linda University under a Ministry of Health Manpower Development Plan award. In 2018, She obtained her PhD degree from the University of Melbourne under a National Medical Research Council Research Training Fellowship.
Prof Sim's work profile is divided between clinical, education and research. Currently she is a Clinical Associate Professor, involved in the graduate prosthodontics residency program at the faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore. She is the Chair of NDCS Clinical Privileging and Competency Committee and also a member of the dental Specialist Accreditation Committee for Prosthodontics. Her research interest includes anti-cariogenic therapeutics, populations health and tele-dentistry.
