As healthcare innovation increasingly involves data analytics and digital tools, understanding the nature and approaches to protecting and collaborating with industries in relation to scientific and clinical data and digital technologies is increasingly at the heart of translation and our ability to positively impact health. Does data have value? Who owns the data? What are some mechanisms for licensing data? Duke University has been pioneering approaches to collaborating with industries, licensing data and digital technologies. This will be a rare opportunity to interact with one of the industry leaders in this space.
