Bio
I hold a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), following which I joined Cancer Science Institute of Singapore (CSI) as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and focused on the regulatory elements controlling CAAT Enhancer Binding Protein Epsilon (Cebpe). Currently as a postdoctoral research fellow in Prof. Ong Sin Tiong's lab, I study transcriptional circuits and mechanisms that govern tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). I use multiomics approaches to combine advanced genomic techniques with innovative therapeutic strategies to advance our understanding of the biology of CML.
