Bio

Nurul Jannah M. Nasir is a Research Fellow under the mentorship of Dr John F. Ouyang (Centre for Computational Biology, Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore) and co-supervised by Assoc. Prof. Valerie Chew (SingHealth Translational Immunology Institute, Singapore). 

Prior to working as a Research Fellow, Jannah was a PhD candidate at Duke-NUS Medical School, researching chronic wound physiology and regeneration. She was conferred her PhD degree in Jan 2023.

During her PhD, Jannah won the Young Investigator Award at the Wound Healing Society 2022 annual meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. In the same year, Jannah was also awarded the International Early Career Physiologist Travel Award by the American Physiological Society at the Experimental Biology conference in Philadelphia.
