What is DUNES?
DUNES (Duke-NUS Early Career Scientist Association) is a group of enthusiastic and dynamic research fellows who enjoy organsing social, scientific and career advancement events throughout the year, with the support of the Office of Research. We provide a forum to address professional development, networking skills and sharing of research ideas that bring together researchers from all signature programs at Duke-NUS.
Our Mission
- Provide resources to enhance and develop professional skills for research fellows
- Serve as a collective voice for research fellows and act as liaison between the researchers, administration and faculty
- Promote interactions between research fellows and broader scientific community
- Provide support for new and prospective research fellows
