Number of dengue cases in 2020 so far surpasses 2019's total count: NEA (CNA)

Between July 5 and 11, Singapore recorded 1,678 dengue cases – its highest-ever weekly cases. There have been 17,249 cases in 2020 so far, exceeding the number of cases in the whole of 2019. Emeritus Professor Duane Gubler, Founding Director of Duke-NUS' EID programme, was interviewed for this report.
